RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be confident with every OVREN purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging where applicable.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact our Customer Services team before returning an item. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.
Do not send returns to our business address unless specifically instructed to do so.
OVREN does not charge a restocking fee.
FINAL SALE
Items purchased from our Sale collection are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled, except where required by applicable law or where an item is faulty.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled until the item has been fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with this policy.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
